No, the prices do not include local tax.
We accept credit cards through Stripe, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace subscriptions as payment methods. To change your payment method from Stripe to AWS or Azure Marketplace, please email support@vantage.sh.
You can sign up immediately and pay a percentage of your cloud spend, metered each month. Alternatively you can contact sales for a fixed rate quote for a minimum of 12 months. A quote can be given same-day after contacting sales and is based upon your current level of cloud costs to track.
We do offer a free trial for all tiers upon sign-up. Note that certain features will be inaccessible during the free trial but you're free to upgrade at any point.
Unlimited. There is no additional cost to inviting teammates for any tier.
Vantage offers monthly subscriptions. You will be charged when you first Sign up for a paid plan, and that will become your monthly renewal date.
See the Integrations page for a full list of integrations.
Vantage imposes limits based upon your previous month's total accrued costs. So for example, in the calendar month of February, Vantage would enforce tier limits based off the total accrued cost across your accounts in January.
We have gone to great lengths to ensure we do not cause any additional costs for your accounts, regardless of scale. That being said, Vantage does leverage Cost Explorer APIs on AWS that have a cost of $0.01 per API call that are only called when you view accrued costs on the Vantage console. As a result, our customers typically see less than $1 of additional charges per month. We are working with AWS to try and remove this charge in the future.
Your credit card will be immediately charged for the prorated difference between the Pro and Business tiers remaining on your subscription term. At the next subscription term, you'll begin to be charged the full Business tier price.
If your account's costs exceed your current tier, access to cost data will be obscured in the Vantage console until you upgrade your plan.
When you cancel your plan, your subscription will remain in effect until the end of the current subscription term. At the end of that term, your account will automatically downgrade to Starter and no further charges will occur.
Yes, but please email support@vantage.sh to process this.
Yes. Whether you have 1 AWS account or 5000, Vantage onboarding takes a few minutes. For customers with many AWS accounts, we provide a CloudFormation StackSet template for onboarding any number of AWS accounts automatically with no additional action needed from you.
Yes. We are currently supporting customers with tens of millions of dollars of monthly cloud costs.
Yes. You can add or remove infrastructure provider accounts at your discretion from your account settings page at any time.
Autopilot charges only 5% of the savings found. This means that in the event that Autopilot doesn't find you any savings, then it's free for you to use. For example, your EC2 bill is $10,000 per month and Autopilot buys you enough Compute Savings Plans to save you $3,000 per month, then the corresponding Autopilot fee will be $150, so your net savings are $2,850 for the month. You won't be charged for existing Savings Plans. Autopilot will respect your existing Savings Plans, and you will not pay any Autopilot fees for existing commitments. For RDS, ElastiCache, Redshift, and OpenSearch, Autopilot uses an approval-based workflow, which calculates how many Reserved Instances to buy and links you to the AWS console to make the purchase. There is no fee for Autopilot recommendations on RDS, ElastiCache, Redshift, and OpenSearch.
